Key Problem

  • Had no social strategy in place. There was no consistent tone on all social platforms
  • Required a complete cleanup on Instagram to remove all bots and ensure quality was maintained
  • Required proper call to actions on Facebook to ensure conversions on the website and footfalls at the store
  • Lacked store images to showcase overall experience. Photos were staged and did not have a human connect
