Key Problem

  • Lacked content to showcase on social platforms specifically Instagram
  • Required a fresh Twitter page
  • Lacked brand strategy on all social platforms
  • Did not portray the overall cafe experience. Did not showcase all Barista products
  • Lacked real, candid imagery and videography to relate to the audience

How we helped

Created a unique photo filter which had coffee hues. This was done to ensure the overall Instagram feed gave out a coffee vibe to the user. Created a cinnamon themed colour palette as part of the visual brand strategy

Carried out a photoshoot to capture all products and services of Barista. Created demo videos to provide tips and tricks to the audience.

Came up with a unique hashtag to ensure user generated campaigns

Carried out promotions and ads to encourage home delivery

Carried out creative campaigns including contests and influencer campaigns to increase reach and following. Have increased following by 3000 followers over the past 2 months
